Youtube issue on H1

@Ari Hi Ari, thanks for your help.
I followed the instructions to update the firmware:
- copy firmware to usb disk formatted in FAT32
- plug into the USB 2.0 port
- launch u disk upgrade
After the reboot, the system says "Tip: the system does not scan the U disk or upgrade file"
My h1 is still running the 1.5.3 firmware
I tried several options. Formatting the U disk from windows and linux. With no success.
What's your advice?

Hi Dear, please check the details as below:- Please make sure your USB format is FAT32
- Please plug your USB in USB 2.0 port of your projector

@chloe-zhao as I said, I followed the instructions and verified 3 times. With no success. Is there a log file somewhere where I can find information to troubleshoot?

@Ari hi Ari. I just updated new FW for H1 . YOUTUBE app is working now but it have an color problem. YOUTUBE app & YOUTUBE in the internet browser have the same problem. videos screen look like have a blue filter. everyone's skin is blue.

Hi, I did the update everything works fine (Youtube, Netflix and web browser) but when I use airplay I got really strange colors.
I try with 2 Macbook Pro, one one High Sierra and the other one on Catalina, both have this "negative" colors.Here is one photo

@pat60 I downgrade to firmware 1.5.3, no youtube (I don't care much because I don't use it with the H1) but normal colors with Airplay and Netflix still work.

unfortunately the support for device is bad! youtube is not working asking for updates on google play with also cannot be updated!!!
we need fast firmware updates

@chloe-zhao Hi, I don't know, I don't use Apple iPhone or iPad, only Macbook Pro.

@petre There are more limits for android based system, and H1 has AOSP system, we have been trying to optimize it already, the google service requires higher version of android system, but it needs the optimization on both software & hardware, which can't be fixed via a simple firmware update.
For now, you can download " smart youtube tv" from aptoide, then you can use youtube again, please check.

@Ari YouTube is working fine for me after a simple factory reset. There is this "Smurf" or blue tint issue when watching videos on the web for me. I don't think this is a hardware problem as it has not been an issue for me in the past, and all the colours in the LED are working fine, this has been tested when running videos through HDMI. Hopefully this is some help for those whose YouTube is not working and for you. Hopefully you guys at the XGIMI team can get this fixed asap, as this is one of the biggest reason we decided to buy a smart projector. Please update us asap.

Yes our tech team has been working on that. That's why I asked to download the " Smart Youtube TV" to use the youtube before it gets fixed.
