Mogo Pro shut off / turn off / power off by using Netflix



  • Hello,

    Since a few weeks, our MogoPro turns off by itself, while watching Netflix (installed according to XGimi instructions).
    All other services which we use, have no issue.

    Means:

    • Amazon Prime: no issue / everything OK
    • youtube: no issue / everything OK
    • ...
    • Netflix: after a few minutes, the beamer completely shuts off (power off) and needs to be restartet afterwards

    The issue is not solved by several reboots.

    Are you aware about this issue? Are you already going to fix that?
    Is there anything we can do directly and for now at home to fix that problem?

    This is an issue for us, because without Netflix, the beamer is only the half usefull for us.

    Additional information:
    We are using Netflix app directly (watching movies via app). No streaming from phone to beamer, because this is not possible in the first place.

    For the auto-off issue, please go system setup-device preference-screensaver-turn off the screensaver.
