Auto focus issue

Hi ,
Just unboxed my mogo pro and first issue observed. Auto-focus is not working like that it's expected. At the end of the auto focus process, the image stays blurring so it's useless. Do any one has the same issue ? Video link here: https://youtu.be/dV89UXzpHfgThanks

@ercano , the plastic screen protector is removed of course.

@chloe-zhao yes, I have followed all the steps indicated by Chloe and I confirm the issue.
The projector is send back the 10 December and it has been delivered 13 December (Germany warehouse)
Hope that I receive the new one before Christmas (my daughter gift)
