I recently just bought a Halo and trying to set up the remote control. Pressing the Home and Return buttons simultaneously until the power button flashes, then releasing the buttons. But even after more than a dozen tries, there is no "ding" and the remote does not pair. Probably because of this, the system refuses to go beyond the "pair remote" screen in setting up the system. It is especially odd since the volume and power buttons are resonding. What can I do to solve this? Or is this a product issue that needs replacement?
