Hi Aria,

Lately i found several white spots on the bottom of the screen on my H2 Global Version. Can you please let me how to get rid of them?

Also i carefully observed and found no dust particals on the projector.

Seems it might be the issue of Optical engine where dust is gathering inside.

But nowhere i am able to see 1.5.3 version for H2 as adviced by you. The latest version downloadable is 1.33 for H2 global.

Please have a look and suggest.

Another point is if H2 version is 1.33, howcome i am having 1.3.4

Hi Ari,

I did checked online update couple of times but it shows message that my system does have latest firmware. Please guide on how to install latest firmware.

Also please help in uninstalling google play support which show as installed but have no option to uninstall. Same goes to play store as well.

I do not see any option in settings were i can see installed apps and uninstall it

I am using H2 global version 1.3.4 which recently purchased from Aliexpress.

I am now trying to install Google play where some versions are not getting installed and even when some versions get installed, it does not display nor it show app.

Same goes for google play store as well. When i install, it does install and then it shows message that the version does not support. Also i dont any option to uninstall apps from settings.

Please help on the process to install play store and play services for version 1.3.4

Can you throw some light on how many hours we can use H2 on daily basis for durability of lamp and product.

Also please suggest precautions if any on top of that if you may think useful for users
