Recently, over the last few weeks, my Mogo pro has been turning itself off while I’m in the middle of watching something or playing my ps4.

Do you know why this would happen and has it been happening to anyone else?

My mogo pro is under one year old and I assume it has a warranty, can you arrange for it to be be either fixed or replaced please?
