Fix for gpu usage on windows

i have a asus a17 with ryzen 5 4600h and gtx 1650. my laptop is not using the dedicated gpu but using radeon graphics. I contacted nathan at geek squad tech support, he did a complete reset of the windows. Then he updated the drivers manually, after doing all these the problem was fixed on my pc.
