Netflix does not work

I downloaded the Netflix app on my XGIMI CC Dark Knight from AptoideTV but it does not load the videos. I want to know if this is a common issue? Does XGIMI not support Netflix?

Also, we are working on the BD process, once it's finished, we would update you. For now, would still recommend you to try the fire tv stick.
