Halo - Hulu issue

Whenever I use the Hulu app with the xgimi halo the video seems to stutter every 10secs but the audio does not. I tried netflix, prime video, youtube and they all seem to be fine. Is anyone else having this issue ? I am testing this next to my router and have a gigabit connection so I know it is not a connectivity issue.
