Xgimi H2 - Upper button issue

Hi everyone, I bought Xgimi H2 Global projector which has arrived few days ago. I'm quite happy with it except for one aspect. One of the button on top (the one for play/pause) is basically fixed, no movement nor travel. Is it normal? If I try to push it doesn't move at all. To be honest also the other two buttons close are not very well positioned but at least they work! Defective product?.....
