Problem with Firmware CC Aurora

@Ari there is no error report and no overheating. Interestingly enough sometimes the projector will still last 3 hours on battery power before shutting off but the battery icon always says full. Seems like there is a problem with either the firmware or hardware. Would it be possible to get the latest firmware for this device?

For the overheat issue, did you see the overheat error? And does it auto-off?

Thanks for the link but i didnt found answer..
I have cc aurora dark knight in my possession, I tried to charge battery over the night, but indicator on the screen showing that battery still charging, even charger was plugged off.

Battery life during watching max 30 min. I got an answer from service center - that probably problem in power controller and there is no possibility for 18650 batterys repacking. Even after battery repacking service center doesnt have software for controller reprogramming.
Does any body has any suggestion or solution?

The latest version for CC is V1.2.0, if you mean the youtube issue, please try the " smart youtube tv" in Aptoide.

Thanks for your support. Normally, we offer two versions for XGIMI projectors: Chinese vesion for Chinese customers, and Global version for customers from overseas.
The two versions have the same outlook, but they are different from inside. Please don't switch between different versions to avoid the system crash. Have you checked with the original reseller?

there is nothing you can do because without an adjustment of the BD it will not be possible.

Maybe we should all see that we have bought the wrong projector and look for something else.
It was already said in December 2019 to work on a BD process to fix things.
Only now you can no longer believe it.
It is quite simple what we were sold with the apps that work like this, nothing is left of it.
I think it's time to say goodbye to the device and choose another brand where it works as it was described!
