XGIMI H1 STUCK AT BOOT SCREEN

Have anyone a solution for the problem that I have with my precious xgimi H1 projector.
The project is stuck at the boot screen and doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated so much.
I have attached the picture where the projector get stuck for reference.
Please help me
