Halo update for bluetooth output
-
Noticed the speakers are much louder now, and the focus seems sharper.
Awesome! Thank you!
-
@WareWolf you're welcome. Please do let me know if you guys have more suggestions on Halo system. Have a nice day.
-
The increased volume seems to have been lost after turning off the projector for the night.
Any reason? It really was nice having that extra volume available, particular if I want to use it in my back yard.

@Ari
Thanks for update! Is it possible to implement motion compensation feature in future release to Halo system?
-
@Damian this needs the optimization on hardware as well. Hope we would add it in the future product. Please stay tuned.
-
@WareWolf Hi, but this is related to the videos source as well, have you checked other videos?or which apps do you mean exactly?
-
@Ari
I was using both Sling, ESPN+, and a couple games on my PS4, not video files.This only happened after the first use after the update, every time after that has not been as loud.
It was easily noticed by everyone in my family, because we only had the volume at about 40% after the update. Normally we have to use it around 90% in our living room to hear things.
-
@Ari I will
Another issue, 3D mode doesn't work when keystone correction is used. Is it hardware limitation or can be fixed?
-
@Damian It's a hardware issue, cause projector would adjust the projected image for 3D function and the keystone correction at the same time, that would slow the system.
-
@WareWolf Thanks for your feedback. I would verify it with our tech team after we are back, please be patient.
-
@Ari I see, we have to live with it
I've found another issue, perhaps a bug. There is no audio when playing a movie with dts codec (through HDMI).
-
@Ari dts issue: To be more exact, there is no audio when dts or dts master-hd codec is used. It concerns only HDMI input, when playing back form USB drive, audio is decoded correctly.
-
@Damian Noted. I'll get back to you with this soon.
-
@Ari Ok, thanks. I'll be waiting.
-
Any update on the volume issue I reported?
How about HULU support? It still pauses during playback.
Thanks!
