Android on Xgimi Z6

I bought the Xgimi Z6 Polar 2 weeks ago. It has the 2.2.0 update. I am unable to install any android application on it, using apk. or apk.1 extensions, as instructed in the video and website. AppToide only allows you to download 6 apps.
One of the reasons that made me choose this projector was the possibility of installing Android apps. What is the solution to the problem?

@Ari I too have the same problem the aptitude does not list all the apps at all. How should I get all the apps listed
