H1 Bluetooth Remote

Hi,
My H1 Bluetooth Remote's USB terminal is flexing and wont accept a charge.
Any disassembly instructions available to re-solder the contacts on my own? I don't want to spend than 50 USD for a new remote.
Also I'd wish to replace the battery if possible.

There is a small hole at the bottom of remote, please use a needle to reset it. The try to charge it again.
