Remote stopped working

Hello,
Got my Mogo Pro 5 days ago.
Now the remote stopped working.
I used Android TV as remote and tried to sync Xgimi remote again. But no success.

Could you please remove all the Bluetooth connection and restart the projector to try again? Please make sure the remote has new battery to power it on

I did it. But stays unsuccessful. Still not pairing while after reboot I’m invited to pair the remote as I removed Bluetooth info. But not pairing
