I am not able to open Quicken after upgrading it. Please help

Your Quicken will not open if it's not installed correctly or if you install it in the shared drive. If still, the problem exists, then press and hold ctrl+shift keys and double click Quicken icon. Keep holding the ctrl+shift keys until you see a black screen; if it occurs, that means there is a problem with your data file. Now click the file tab, click file operations, and then select validate and repair. Further, checkmark Validate file and then click Ok. Hopefully, you resolved the issue, and now your Quicken is operating.
