MOGO Pro Cannot Reach Internet

My MOGO pro device is unable to reach my Wi-Fi network. Also can this device be used with an iPhone?

For the wifi connection, have you checked the router setup?
Please connect the mogo pro to the hotspot of your phone, make sure the wifi function is fine.
