after 30 min, H1 shut down because of cooling issue

My H1 stand free in every direction on a single board. after one year now i it runs 30 min, then stops with warning" temperature too hot, beware environement" ist not hot, it stands free, the cooler is working an the H1 is not warm by touching the surfaces, what can I do?
