Xgimi H2 Not Working and Red Light Problem

Hi dear ,
on my device, there were dead pixels on the edges of the device.But it was just around the edges, not a problem.But now the device does not turn on. The fan works but the led does not turn on.and "xgimi" on the device red light is on.
What should I do ?

The white pixel is the DMD chip issue, you might need to send it back for maintenance, same as the powering issue. Could you please contact me via email: service@xgimi.com
together with the S/N and purchase info., I'll check it for you.
