Sorry but we tried with the fire stick, but it doesn't support in our region.

We need the xgimi to support these apps.

Hi thanks for your response. This happens for everything, and just for casting in general. I only mention youtube as somebody else has encountered it. I have uploaded a screenshot of casting from an iPad as an example

When casting from other devices such as phones, tablets and laptops, we can connect. However, when playing a video, we receive a media error:

ffffd8f0-0

This means we cannot play videos remotely.I have seen it mentioned also here:

Is there a fix being worked on, perhaps a firmware update??

Hi, when we try to cast to the projector using an iPad or iphone, we receive an issue

• the colours are all incorrect, and have a blue tint.

I have seen this mentioned for a youtube video, but we receive this issue for casting only.

Is there a fix being worked on?
