Problem with Firmware CC Aurora
-
Hello, I have a problem with my Aurora CC International projector, the hdmi port does not work on it. The firmware is installed in V1.2.0. My friend has the same projector with firmware 1.2.3, on which the hdmi port works. Please send me a file with firmware V1.2.3.

@wizzzir Hi dear, good day.
For the HDMI issue, may I ask ...did it just happen recently? And have you tried with other HDMI cables?
May I ask where did you purchase it from？
-
@Ari Of course I tried, the problem is in the projector. How can I upgrade firmware to version 1.2.3?
-
@wizzzir Ok, you can try to the firmware update, I have emailed you the link to download it, please check.

@Ari can you send to me link on firmware too? Global version. pashunchik@gmail.com

True, we asked about it many times, but the answers are rare.
So there will be a newer version so that our devices do what they did in the beginning, namely they work as purchased and so far two updates that came from you.
Since then our Aurora CC has been going downhill, because without adjustments it won't work ... I hope we understand each other there?

@Micha123 Hi Micha, yes, I do understand. We never give up our projectors, it's just the possibility to update the firmware is related to the hardware as well. We can only do it based on a higher version of android system, but the android system is based on both hardware & software parts. If you ever got any issues while using, we would absolutely try our best to help. Appreciate your understanding.

@Ari me you send me the 1.2.3 firmware for ECS3J2EC7RSX
-
@Ari firmware 1.2.3 for ECS3J2EC7RSX link at kaverinmax@gmail.com please
-
@nik Hi Nik, the latest firmware for your CC is V1.2.0
V1.2.3 is for other version of CC projector, which is not compatible with your projector.
-
@pavel_s hi could you please send me global firmaware update 1.2.3?my S/N ECS3J2E3DRSU on adam.robota@gmail.com thx, diky
-
@xrobota Please don't flash the incompatible firmware to avoid the system crash, you two are having two different versions.
-
@xrobota
let it be the projector shits otherwise it does not bring anything we need a complete solution to the problems and only Xgimi can do that because a root would also be of no use if someone did not new firmware and hardware

Hi everyone, I'm also having more and more issues with my aurora, troubles with fan speed or unstable wifi, sometimes unstable autofocus... and a big issue with the battery, no more warnings when battery is low, no more led indicator on the CC. I would like to do a hard reset or a clean firmware installation. Thank you! S/N EE46J9BX4RS2

Hi dear, sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have emailed you for further check. Please check your email box.

Hi @Ari
I had to do a "restore factory" reset (through the settings menu), and now my CC Aurora projector is always with the "temperature high" message.
I checked the "info" menu and the temperature displays 65o. Only when I unplug the charger the temperature drops to 55o.
I never had this issue before the factory reset.
I don't remember what was the previous firmware but now its GMUI V1.2.0
Please advise.
