I can't understand that nothing happens and we are not helped that our devices work as they were bought and advertised by them.
It can't be that you don't even keep us up to date on fixing the errors.

My Cc Aurora projector spontaneously shuts off after 10-60 seconds and sometimes does not power on when on battery power; battery indicator says fully charged. Any tips? Can I update the firmware? Serial #2AFENG03V

Does it overheat? If it's a hardware issue, then can't be fixed via firmware update.
Any error reprot before the auto-off?

@Ari there is no error report and no overheating. Interestingly enough sometimes the projector will still last 3 hours on battery power before shutting off but the battery icon always says full. Seems like there is a problem with either the firmware or hardware. Would it be possible to get the latest firmware for this device?

For the overheat issue, did you see the overheat error? And does it auto-off?

Thanks for the link but i didnt found answer..
I have cc aurora dark knight in my possession, I tried to charge battery over the night, but indicator on the screen showing that battery still charging, even charger was plugged off.Battery life during watching max 30 min. I got an answer from service center - that probably problem in power controller and there is no possibility for 18650 batterys repacking. Even after battery repacking service center doesnt have software for controller reprogramming.
Does any body has any suggestion or solution?

@Ari could you send me also the file to update my cc aurora? I can not update the firmware, also its not possible to use the default youtube etc as i bought it. Version now is 1.2.0

The latest version for CC is V1.2.0, if you mean the youtube issue, please try the " smart youtube tv" in Aptoide.

Thanks for your support. Normally, we offer two versions for XGIMI projectors: Chinese vesion for Chinese customers, and Global version for customers from overseas.
The two versions have the same outlook, but they are different from inside. Please don't switch between different versions to avoid the system crash. Have you checked with the original reseller?
