I have a asus a17 with ryzen 5 4600h and gtx 1650. my laptop is not using the dedicated gpu but using radeon graphics. I contacted nathan at best buy geek squad appointment, he suggested to update the graphic driver. After reinstalling the driver I restarted my laptop after doing the same the problem was resolved and now my laptop is working fine without any issue.
