So where app were you using to cast the video? Netflix?
Sorry to say the Netflix and prime video is still in BD process, no one can play their videos without the related certification, and we are working on that. Before we get it down, please try the fire tv stick. 🙂 Thanks again for your support.

Some specific apps like Prime video, netfix does require the certification, that's why we suggested the fire tv box or you tv for more streaming apps.
