Thanks for your support. Yes, we currently have Chinese version for Chinese customers, and Global version for customers from overseas. You can't use Chinese version abroad because of the restrictions between countries.

  1. How can I verify that the MoGo Pro is running on GLOBAL VERSION ?
  2. I've heard that some dealers can convert Chinese versions to GLOBAL versions, is that possible ?
  3. Is it only in the GLOBAL VERSION that we can find multiple charging cables (Eu, Uk, Us) ?

  1. only global verison is equipped with Android tv system, and it can't be used in China. The Chinese version has all the system in Chinese
  2. Not sure, but even if they do, it's illegal, there might not be warranty from us
  3. yes, Chinese version has the Chinese plug only.
